RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At R&R Creative Atelier, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

​

To request a return, please contact us within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.

​

To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Be returned in the same condition in which it was received
• Be unused, unopened, unaltered, and undamaged
• Include its original packaging, labels, inserts, and accessories
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Items returned with opened packaging, signs of use, missing components, odors, stains, or damage that occurred after delivery may not be accepted.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION

Please contact R&R Creative Atelier through our website before returning an item. Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

​

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. If your return is approved, return instructions and the appropriate mailing address will be provided.

​

Approved returns must be shipped within seven (7) calendar days of receiving authorization.

​

RETURN SHIPPING

​

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for ordinary returns, including change-of-mind purchases or items ordered by mistake.

​

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and securely packaging the merchandise. R&R Creative Atelier is not responsible for return packages that are lost, damaged, or misdirected in transit.

​

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are nonrefundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect when received.

​

REFUNDS

​

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method for the eligible merchandise price. Please allow five to seven (5–7) business days for us to process the refund. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

NONRETURNABLE ITEMS

​

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used paints, waxes, sealers, adhesives, fragrance products, transfers, decoupage materials, or other consumable craft supplies
• Digital downloads or printable products
• Custom, personalized, altered, or special-order merchandise
• Gift cards
• Clearance merchandise and items marked “Final Sale”
• Items returned outside the stated return period
• Items not returned in the condition in which they were received

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within three (3) calendar days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of:

• The affected item
• The shipping box and packaging
• The shipping label
• Any visible damage

Please retain the item and all original packaging until the claim has been resolved. Depending on the circumstances, we will arrange an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund. When a return is required because of our error or an item arrived damaged or defective, R&R Creative Atelier will provide or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

EXCHANGES

​

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the eligible merchandise according to this policy and place a new order.

LOCAL RETURNS

​

Eligible local-pickup orders may be returned by appointment after receiving return authorization. All return conditions and time limits stated in this policy still apply.

CANCELLATIONS

​

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or has shipped.
